    Terms and Conditions For a ePLSi Applicant

    1. This online application is only for the following categories:

    a. Long Term Social Visit Pass Extension (Spouse of Malaysian Citizen).
    b. Long Term Social Visit Pass Extension.
    c. Professional Visit Pass Extension (PLIK).

    2. The applicant must ensure that the current pass is still valid and the passport validity occurs more than 6 months upon application.

    3. All original documents must be brought along for verification purposes while present for passport endorsement.

    4. The applicant is responsible for the validity of the information provided through the system. The Immigration department reserves the right to make further review and verification of that information given.

    5. Both applicants and spouses must be present for the category of spouse of Malaysian citizen.

    6. Applicants who are found to be deliberately abusing the system will be blocked and blacklisted.

    7. Applicant is responsible for choosing the branch office closest to their residential address.

    8. Notification of the results will be emailed to the applicant.

    9. Payment is done online through the payment portal of the Malaysian Immigration Department.
